We have filed documents to be classified as a 501(c)(3) organization with the IRS as of July 2024.  When Hoot and Holler is approved, we will update our site and any necessary documentation to ensure all who wish to donate can do so in a tax-deductible way.


A tax-deductible donation is a charitable contribution of money or goods to a qualified, tax-exempt organization, which may reduce the amount of federal income taxes the donor owes for the year. 


No, not at this time.  Hoot and Holler has provided the necessary documentation in our IRS filing and is awaiting notification of approval.  Until we receive this official approval, donations made to Hoot and Holler remain non tax-deductible.
